How to Use:
- For cold therapy: Place in the freezer without covers for at least 2 hours before use or submerge in ice water until the desired temperature is achieved.
- For heat therapy: Microwave without covers for 10-20 seconds depending on the microwave (wattage table on product instructions), checking the temperature before applying.
- Place directly in your underwear or wrap with a paper towel or reusable cover.
- Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, as needed.
