I’m so glad that the Birth Store has this money back guarantee. I didn’t end up using my tens machine because I had an emergency caesarean. The return process was very easy. Just pop it into the return bag and send it away. There was a slight issue with having my refund processed but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. Would definitely hire from them again if I have a second baby.

I didn’t end up using my machine due to booking a pretty last minute c section during the rental period. However I did get in contact to check and change my hire dates before I received it and the customer service was great, very fast and friendly response.

Returning the machine couldn’t be any easier, everything is already labeled and ready to be put into the postage box :)

I can not recommend having a TENS more highly.
My labour last almost 4 days and I literally had my TENS on for 3 days straight! I don’t know how I would have coped without it.

These were amazing!! Really helped in the first few days and two weeks when we were still getting the hang of breastfeeding and latching. Stand by these and would gift to any expecting friends as a must!

I had natural unmedicated birth and TENS machine was extremely useful throughout my whole labor.

I decided to hire the Elle labour tens machine plus for the birth of my second baby. I was induced and knew how incredibly fast my previous birth went and I wanted to give myself the right tools to remain in a positive headspace. Cannot recommend the use of this enough it helped me time, take control and more importantly helped me breathe and remain calm throughout my second quick birth. This is a must for any expecting parent!!

Late complications in my pregnancy led to a c section before I had a chance to go into labour. However the hire process and returns of the TENs couldn't have been easier. It arrived on the day I requested, with returns parcel pre-filled. Couple of reminders to send back/extend hire in the weeks leading up to return date, and confirmation when they'd got it back. So smooth even for a post-partum mum to deal with!

Other than when I was in the shower, I had the TENS on the whole time. It helped me with my labour. I made sure to order the TENS for a longer time so I didn’t feel rushed to send it back straight after birth. I also made sure to have it arrive in plenty of time before my due date. Great service.

I was told to get this by my sister and glad we did & super happy we got this that I’ve even considered buying one to use for pelvic floor & back pain.

When I went into labour (started contractions) I put this on straight at a lower setting and eased up on the levels as needed. I had a shower and took it off and could notice the difference immediately. I had Horrible contractions from the start that were close together and lasting from 50secs to 2mins plus & they were on top of each other (one would end and then the next would start straight away) this let me labour at home for a good amount of time until we went to hospital.. it definitely helped me get through those early stages! I would highly recommend!

I also loved that the package came neat & organised with clear instructions & was super easy to return once we had our baby!

We didn’t end up needing the untouched guarantee as Bub arrived 1 day before his due date! But it was a peace of mind know we had it if he came earlier or late 😊

Highly recommend getting the machine! I used it all the way through my labour right to the point of going in the water and being ready to push. I don’t know how I would have done labour without it. The return system is also super easy, everything provided for you ready to drop off at the post!
